Italian Motorcycle Owner's Club

          The Italian Motorcycle Owners Club (IMOC) is America’s only national organization dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of any and all Italian-made motorcycles and scooters. Old and new alike are recognized and welcomed, and our members hail from all across the United States.

          Founded in 1984 by Lynnea Irwin and Roland Stadelmann, John Harris assumed the IMOC Presidency shortly thereafter. He was also supported by John Borella, who served as Secretary.

          Steven Rossi began editing the club’s MOTOCICLISTA newsletter in 1987, and continues to this day. Meanwhile, John Harris assumed the further responsibility of Membership Chairman, and also prints/distributes the newsletter.

          Pam Frost established the club’s first website, which has since been redeveloped and is now under the capable direction of Joe Tamarkin. The current address is www.imoc.website.

          Annual dues are $10 per year, which includes four, quarterly issues of the MOTOCICLISTA newsletter.

          IMOC also hosts an Annual Rally in Sturbridge, MA during September, which is the largest and longest-running event of its kind. Some 300+ Italian machines participate, and it’s said that “you’ll see anything and everything at the IMOC Rally.” A unique marque is featured every year, and all proceeds in excess of expense are donated to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (J.D.R.F.). The IMOC Rally is hosted by Co-Chairman Steven Rossi and Bob Andren, along with a dedicated Team of volunteers.

          Club members are also welcome to participate in various other events such as locally run, Connecticut-Rhode Island Tiddler Tours (TTs) for early, small-bore bikes and CT-RI Moto Guzzi National Owners activities. See Calendar.
